Yes, I have often wondered why I am up at this time of night and it is because my sleeping schedule is screwed up!!! So i don’t have a choice but to be up. But since I am up I do all kinds of things like reading, vectoring, playing video games, watching movies, etc. Anything that will make me fall asleep again. Then Monday rolls around and it’s time for work again….why oh why can’t I do something about this sleeping problem that I have. And no, medication is not a solution!
